babul8 Terms and Conditions

The following words and terms used in these Terms shall carry the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" refers to the babul8 website, application, and all related services.
• "Member Account" refers to a user's registered personal account.
• "Betting Balance" refers to the amount of funds deposited in a member's account.
• "Bonus" refers to additional funds or benefits provided by the Company.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the condition of placing bets a specified number of times before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "Fair Play" refers to conducting games honestly without any form of fraud or manipulation.

2.1 Age Requirement

To register and use the babul8 platform, a member must be at least 21 years of age. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. The Company may request proof of age verification at any time and reserves the right to suspend an account if proof cannot be provided.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each member may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same person, device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in all associated accounts being closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be completely accurate and truthful. If false or incorrect information is provided, the Company reserves the right to close the account and withhold deposited funds. Members must notify our support team immediately if any information changes.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. You must not allow any third party to use your account. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds on the babul8 platform:

• Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other approved banks)

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (exceptions apply after KYC verification).
• The specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The Company may place a withdrawal on hold in cases of suspicious activity.

3.3 Fund Verification

The Company conducts a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process to prevent money laundering and control fraud. A national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents may be requested for verification.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200.
• Deposit ৳18,000 → maximum ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳28,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times. This means you must place bets equal to 25 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. Bonuses have a set expiry period and any unused bonus will be cancelled after expiry.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Another bonus cannot be claimed while a bonus offer is active.
• The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Accounts will be cancelled if bonuses are claimed through fraudulent means.
• A bonus applies only to the member to whom it was offered.

5.1 Sports Betting

Bets can be placed on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA and other leagues), kabaddi, and other recognized sports. Live betting rules apply after a match has started and odds may change in that case.

5.2 Casino Games

Slots, live casino, card games, and other games are available in the babul8 casino section. Each game has its own rules and it is the member's responsibility to read them before starting a game.

5.3 Bet Cancellation

The Company reserves the right to cancel bets in the following situations:

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
• If a match or event is cancelled.
• If evidence of fraud or match-fixing is found.
• If incorrect results are shown due to a system error.

The babul8 VIP program has four tiers. Members are promoted to the next tier based on their activity:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback and special benefits.

Cashback is credited to the account automatically each week. The cashback amount is calculated based on the member's net loss. The Company reserves the right to modify the terms of the VIP program.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the babul8 platform and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Using the bonus system in a fraudulent manner.
• Placing bets using automated software (bots).
• Colluding with other members to commit fraud.
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Using false identities, names, or payment details.
• Unauthorized access to another member's account.
